Specialträning

Specialträning på GS

Med specialträning menas att vi tränar på detaljerna i spelet. Vi bryter ner övningar på individnivå för att utveckla varje spelare efter egna förutsättningar.

Under Specialträningar

Får spelaren träna på moment och detaljer som normalt inte hinns med på ordinarie lagträningar. Specialträningen hålls med 1-2 spelare och går att boka vid ett tillfälle eller medlemskap VIP 1 år där vi jobbar långsiktigt med individuell spelarutveckling.

Specialträning passar dig som är träningsvillig och har drivet att utvecklas som spelare. 

 

 

SPECIALTRÄNING MED DIEGODIGGE

Diego var först med att träna unga innebandyspelare individuellt i sin egna träningsform ”Specialträning”.

  • Plats: GS Innebandycenter i Göteborg.
  • Upplägg: Totalt 1 h innebandy med individuellt fokus
  • Åldrar: 12 år och uppåt (födda 08)
